Numbers CPA

Numbers CPA is an accounting firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As in most firms, the work that takes the most time is not professional judgment but everything around it: requesting and chasing documents from clients, copying data from one file to another, tracking deadlines and knowing the status of every engagement.

It needed two things: a professional web presence that builds trust with new clients, and a way to take repetitive tasks off the team’s plate without changing the Microsoft tools it already uses every day.

We worked on two fronts:

• Website at numbers.cpa: presents the firm, its services and its team, and gives clients a clear way to get in touch.

• Power Automate: flows that move information without manual work, such as notifications, reminders, approval paths and tidy document filing.

• Power Apps: simple apps so the team can enter and look up data in one place, instead of loose spreadsheets and emails.

• Power BI: dashboards showing engagement status, team workload and deadlines, so decisions rest on up-to-date data.

The website is live and the firm now has its digital calling card. The automation is still in development: it is built in stages, process by process, so each flow is tested with the team before moving on to the next.
